Choosing the right hair system can be daunting, and we want to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. Please review our 30-day return/exchange policies below. Placing your order with us means you accept our terms of business. Thank you.

Our policy for Stock Hair Systems is simple & straight forward. You have a 30-day period to exchange your purchase or receive a full refund, provided the product remains in its original condition and has not been worn or altered. The Stock Hair System must be returned within this 30-day period. It's important to note that no exchanges or refunds will be permitted beyond this time. Alterations, such as haircuts, base size cuts less than 10 inches long by 7 1/2 inches wide, adding hair color, washing the hair, or adding wave greater than light wave to the hair, are strictly prohibited. This applies to all alterations, whether done by you, the Hollywood Lace salon, or an outside salon. If the stock hair system has been cut or altered, you can still exchange it, but there will be a $99 charge and the return must be received within 30 days of your purchase. Also, any extra fees such as hair cuts etc...will not be included in the $99 fee. No refunds will be given if the hair system has been cut or altered, only exchanges. If the Hair System has been worn, no refunds or exchanges will be possible. You can cancel any stock hair system order prior to shipment at no cost.

We take pride in delivering our custom hair systems without issues. However, if you encounter any problems, we guarantee that the specifications of your custom hair system will match your order. We want to ensure you get what you ordered. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your hair system to return it for corrections. For instance, if you ordered a nine-inch by six-inch size and your custom hair system doesn't match those dimensions, we will rectify or replace it at no extra cost if it's returned within 30 days of receipt. Even if the mistake was made by the customer, like ordering the wrong size, we are committed to helping. In such cases, we will remake or fix the custom hair system at a one-time discounted rate of 50% off the regular price if it's returned within 30 days. Any custom hair system not returned within 30 days is not eligible for exchanges or adjustments, and there are no refunds for custom hair systems under any circumstances. Once a Custom Hair System order is placed it is non-cancellable.

Supplies can be returned if they are unopened or unsued for a full refund or exchange if done so withing 30 days or receipt. Shipping cost will not be refunded and the client is responsible for all new shipping cost related to exchanges or new purchases.
